Train for a career combining teaching, practical driving and responsibility. IBF offers category BE driving instructor training with personal support and practical learning.

Small groups: a maximum of 12 participants.

Entry requirements

Requirements for the category BE instructor licence include:

• At least 21 years of age when the instructor licence is issued
• At least three years holding a category B driving licence
• A category BE driving licence
• Completed recognised vocational training or equivalent prior education
• Physical and mental fitness
• Professional and teaching competence
• The required knowledge of German

Funding

An education voucher from the Agentur für Arbeit may fund eligible training if the personal and course requirements are met. Other funding options may also apply.
