Mesut Türkmen, the founder of IBF GmbH, studied Traffic Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin. In the year 2002 he founded his first company named Fahrschule Octan, a driving school for class B. Quickly he extended the licences for motorcycles (class A), trucks (class CE) and buses (class DE).
The company grew up, so that it was necessery to found a limited company in 2008. IBF GmbH was born.
Also in 2008 IBF founded an academy for driving school instructors. Currently IBF is one of in total 55 instructor academies in Germany.
We educate instructors in all classes since 2008.
